A Life Estate is a form of joint ownership that allows one person to live in a house until his or her death, or which time it passes by law to the surviving owner.
Open 11/01/2019 for next year. This is a grant and does not need repaid. You may be eligible to receive between $200 and $1,000. Visit your local County Assistance office or apply online.
